ROLE OF THE HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT

The mission of the Human Resource Department is to assist the school community by developing and interpreting human resource policies and the provision of timely and accurate information on human resource matters.

The main areas of service include:

  • Human resource policy development and its application.
  • Alignment of performance management systems to strategic goals and objectives.
  • Ongoing Professional Development of staff through organization-initiated and/or self-initiated programmes.
  • Evaluation of staffing levels and hiring procedures for effective human resource management.
  • Maintenance of positive employee relations.
  • Compensation and Benefits development and application.
