Bishop Anstey High School East

Foreign Languages Day 2018

As part of its focus to develop cultural awareness and appreciation among our students, the Foreign Language Department of Bishop Anstey High School East is proud to host its biennial Foreign Languages Day.

Students are at the forefront the day’s event, displaying their projects, making presentations – song, dance, spoken word, etc. It is an occasion where the languages become even more alive for them.

The Foreign Languages Day is a two-part event. During the morning session, students and teachers visit the classroom “booths” where they learn about various francophone and hispanophone countries as well as the lasting influence that the French and Spanish languages and cultures have had on our very own Trinbagonian way of life. The afternoon session culminates in a concert where our students’ talents shine forth through song, dance, drama and spoken word.

¡Vengan todos!                        Venez nous rejoindre!             Come join us!
